Ellen Clarke 1829

Ellen Clarke 1829 is a perfectly satisfying monochromatic sampler that caught my attention do to its lovely line of crowns that I believe are sharing with us the peerage of nobility. Each crown has an initial beneath that I suspect may be the symbol for the rank and file to a monarchy. I cannot be 100% certain but it was truly fun studying the topic. I share some of my surmising's within the chart. You can make her your own and place the initials of those you love beneath the crowns or stitch her exactly as Ellen did.
